Restoration or Build Approval
Every restoration or build of the Annex I aircraft has to be approved by the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency.
Categories of Annex I aircraft that require restoration approval:
Preconditions that have to be met for restoration or build approval are defined in the corresponding section of the Ordinance on design, acceptance, construction and maintenance of non-EASA aircraft OG 40/12.
Categories of Annex I aircraft that require restoration approval:
- Historical aircraft
- Former military aircraft
- Research, test and science aircraft
- Amateur built aircraft
- Ultralight aircraft, ultralight helicopter and powered parachutes
- Gyroplanes up to 560 kg
- Replicas of historical or former military aircraft
- Unmanned aircraft system up to 150 kg
- sailplanes up to 80/100kg empty mass,
- any other unmanned aircraft with mass under 70 kg.
