Agency Taxes

The Ordinance defines amounts of taxes to be paid by:

air carriers per ton of transported goods/cargo in the civil air traffic; CCAA goods tax
departing passengers in the civil air traffic: CCAA passenger tax.

Taxes are used as resources for operation and development of Croatian Civil Aviation Agency. In English language they are referred to as CCAA Tax.

More details regarding CCAA taxes such as amount of the taxes, collection process, payment and reports, may be found in the Ordinance on the determining of the amount of the taxes to be paid for conducting the activities of the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency (in Croatian: Pravilnik o utvrđivanju visine naknada za rad Hrvatske agencije za civilno zrakoplovstvo) published in Official Gazette No 118/20, 5/23).
