Certificate of Airworthiness
National Certificate of Airworthiness shall be issued in accordance with Chicago Convention for historical aircraft which have been previously certified and which are considered accepted on the basis of the type certificate. Certificate of Airworthiness shall certify that these aircraft are capable of safe air navigation. The ircraft have to continuously comply with the type certificate, and all existing modifications have to be certified in accordance with the construction standard required for the certification.
Other Annex I aircraft cannot be issued with Certificate of Airworthiness in accordance with the Chicago Convention.
