Aircraft inspection tax is charged on the basis of The Ordinance on the amount of the charges for the inspection and airworthiness review of aircraft (Official Gazette 121/2022). Applicant for Certificate of Airworthiness issuance/renewal must submit proof of payment together with the application form.
