Exporting Aircraft
When exporting aircraft from the Republic of Croatia to non-EU member states, one has to inquire about national requirements for importing of aircraft. On the basis of an airworthiness review certificate no older than 60 days and information on the national importing requirements, Croatian Civil Aviation Agency shall issue Export CoFa for exporting aircraft to a specific country, upon the request of aircraft owner.
When importing aircraft from the Republic of Croatia to the EU – member state, Croatian Certificate of Airworthiness shall be replaced with EU-member state Certificate of Airworthiness, and EU-member state registration mark shall be entered and verified in the valid Airworthiness Review Certificate.
