Pilot Licences

Pilot licences are devided into pilot licences issued in accordance with EU regulation and pilot licences issued in accordance with national regulation.

The licence holder shall not act as an aircraft pilot if he/she does not hold valid and appropriate rating(s). (Exceptions: skill test, proficiency checks, flight instructions, introduction of new aircraft type or modifications (test flights))

The exercise of the privileges granted by the licence shall be dependent upon the validity of the ratings contained therein, if applicable, and of the medical certificate as appropriate to the privileges exercised.
