Organizations

EASA organizations

Approved maintenance, continuing airworthiness and training organizations must comply to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014.

Also, approved component maintenance organizations must comply to Ordinance on professional training, professional competency and other conditions which must fulfill aircraft maintenance staff certified for aircraft component maintenance.

Approved design and production organizations must comply to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012.

National organizations

Approved maintenance, continuing airworthiness and training organizations must comply to:
  • Ordinance on the construction, restoration, maintenance and continuing airworthiness of specially regulated aircraft, historic aircraft, research, experimental and scientific aircraft, amateur-built aircraft, former military aircraft, microlight aircraft, gyroplanes and replicas of historical or former military aircraft, which are not subject to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139;
  • Ordinance on requirements for the operators, staff and organizations engaged in maintenance and continuing airworthiness of EASA aircraft when used for state activities.
