Commercial Air Transport (CAT)
Commercial air transport with EASA aircraft is permitted to be carried out on the basis of a valid Aircraft Operator Certificate, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012.
In order to carry out commercial air transportation, the operator of the aircraft must also have an Operating License. Conditions for Acquisition and Maintenance of Operational Licenses are governed by Regulation (EC) 1008/2008.
